I Found You

As I think of the pain drilled through my soul oft times,I couldn’t understand why...Why I needed to be tortured so, by a being who loved me so much?I think of the many times I sought to do what the core of my soulthought to be right and good and true...Only to have the pain of loneliness happily stab me once again...as if to sarcastically say, “I’m back!” with a sick grin.
Through all the coldness, heartache, loneliness, confusion, and pain...I never would have thought, but through the glimmering wisdom
of a loving God...He could be preparing one lonely soul for such an exquisite sweetness.
Through all the pain......comes the understanding of how much you really care about me.
Through all the loneliness......comes the comfort of knowing you will be there.Through all the doubt, self-hatred, silence, and yearning......comes such a true joy as I see the depth in your eyes, the conviction in your soul......and as I feel the purest love in your tender heart for all that is right and good and true...
I find myself on my knees humbly thanking my maker for all the loneliness, heartache, coldness, and confusion.......for through them...
...I found you.
